I’m Viola, a clinical therapist with over a decade of experience helping people break free from patterns that keep them stuck. My work sits at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, and deep spiritual healing, because real transformation happens when we address the mind, the emotions, and the soul together.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been captivated by the question: “Why do we, as humans, do what we do?” Ten years into my career, that fascination has only grown. As a neurodivergent therapist, I’ve spent years mapping the way our brain, conditioning, and hidden beliefs drive our behaviors and more importantly, how we can change them.

But here’s the truth: talk therapy alone doesn’t always go deep enough. That’s why I integrated Shadow Work into my practice. When you explore the parts of yourself you’ve buried—the fears, shame, and old wounds, you stop running from them and start reclaiming your power. That’s where profound healing happens.

My 3-step process takes you there:
