I call myself a Human Systems RE-Engineer because that is the most accurate description of how I approach deep shadow/inner work.
Think about it. You are running on internal systems right now. Your nervous system. Your beliefs about yourself and the world. Your attachment patterns. Your emotional responses. The ways you protect yourself when things feel unsafe. These systems were built before you had any say in the matter. Trauma, culture, family dynamics, and survival needs wrote the original code.
My work is helping you re-engineer and become the conscious architect of your own updated internal operating system.
Through DemystiPHI, I offer therapy and workshops that translate complex human functioning into language you can actually use. We map out your internal operating system together. We identify where things get stuck. We build new protocols that support how you actually want to live. This is not about fixing what is broken. It is about recognizing that you have the capacity to redesign systems that were never designed by you in the first place.
I bring a particular lens and diverse skill set to this work. Working in quality assurance taught me to ask: What is supposed to happen here? What is actually happening? What adjustment creates better outcomes? Reflecting on questions like these led to the development of the Return to Sovereignty Series as I believe in bold, lasting transformation not surface-level fixes. This systematic approach now serves the deeply human work of helping others reclaim their own sovereignty.
Lastly, as a late-diagnosed AuDHD West-African woman, I work primarily with BIPOC adults, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone ready to stop being a passive recipient of inherited programming and start building something that actually fits who they are becoming.
So if you’re ready to stop avoiding the parts of yourself that scare you, and start living as your most authentic, unapologetic self, you’re exactly where you need to be. Let's DemystiPHI this thing called life together!
I'd love to hear from you...
